I randomly stumbled upon this forum and I thought I'd say hi. I don't actively kill a lot of things, but I don't mind when the dogs use the field mice as playtoys in the backyard...as long as it STAYS in the backyard. I don't care for coyotes - are they considered a varmint? However I DO like little dogs....but mine don't yap. I have some tough little dogs, oh yea.

well, that's probably MORE than you wanted to know.

thanks for the welcome. we have coyotes on the bluff and they are known to come up and get chickens and sometimes, a cat or two. I will kill any manner of bug that comes in my house or attacks my person, though. Even those big hairy spiders. and I shoot at the neighbors dog when it gets in my trash - does that count? It's only a bb gun!

Why kill spiders? They kill all kinds of mosquitos flys and all kinds of bugs that carry infection....
